I enjoyed it very much. One of my main critiques is that there seem to be a few missed opportunities to put in some Maxwell-Lorentz equations. I would be very pleased to see Prof. Scott perhaps put together an E.U. Exercises Book with many Maxwell-Lorentz space applications. Think of it as a booklet that I could take with me to my throne in the same fashion others might have a crossword puzzle or something of that nature. Chapter 7 could be amended in the future with exercises that might extend on Birkeland Current section Appendix A of Prof. Scott's book Electric Sky.
In any case, back on topic, I would really enjoy seeing an Exercises section added to the end of each Chapter. When complete, the text should include an Appendix with a Plasma Formulary:
Has been extremely helpful to me and I am sure many others. But, Space Based Application Formulary and Exercises should be devised and attached to each chapter.
