New Study: Quasars Devoid Of All Time Dilation

The title pretty much says it all.

No big bang.

This is no longer debatable.

Also, I compiled a MASSIVE list of referenced arguments you can throw in the face of statist scientists.

You guys will love this:

whoops !?

The black hole debate should be easily resolved with observational evidence as such:

http://spitzer.caltech.edu/uploaded_fil ... 3b_Med.jpg

Unfortunately, multi-million dollar space telescopes can only draw artist impressions instead of capture reality.

Any black hole at the center of a galaxy should exhibit extreme gravitational lensing on the rest of the galaxy behind it.

This is supposedly the center of the Milky Way:

http://spitzer.caltech.edu/uploaded_fil ... a1_Med.jpg

Granted, who the hell knows what we're looking at without reference, but do you see any signs of distortion?

And I will buy into the "wrong spectrum - can't see through the dust" shortcoming, but don't you think researching and verifying the cornerstone of your paradigm would be of the utmost importance?

Apparently not, because while searching the net I constantly come across statements paraphrased as "the existence black holes are no longer debated in neither math nor reality."

There is not a single "real" image of black hole anywhere on the entire internet:

http://images.google.com/images?q=black+hole

If you find one, please share.

But then again, how do you refute such:

The ONLY "real" Cavendish experiment I could find.

This is just hilarious. They don't question if it is the cause of the red shift that is misguided... They have different red shift measurements, but little frequency difference in their light pulses. Maybe, as e.g. Halton Arp and Wall Thornhill mentions, can the red shift be associated with the age of objects, and little with their distance? And maybe it's a sign that quasars are way closer than they appear and faint, rather than billions of light years away and super bright? There is a forum thread that sums up several possible (more or less known) mechanics for red shift, so how come mainstream do interpretations solely based on the one about recession speed?
There’s also a possibility that the explanation could be even more far-reaching, such as that the universe is not expanding and that the big bang theory is wrong. Or, quasars may not be located at the distances indicated by their redshifts, although this suggestion has previously been discredited.
Yep, that's also a possibility... :)

This is such an excellent point!

I've also seen illustrations of gravitational lensing that seems to contradict the theory itself (the visual bending goes the wrong way). I'll make a separate post/illustration on that later.

I enjoyed your einstein-was-wrong posting. I would just suggest one thing, which has been suggested before, perhaps not come across so strongly by calling Einstein a 'whack job' etc... Not going to help make the mainstream people receptive...

Yeah, I don't really care though.

I have my own blog so I can rant and rave and no one can stop me hahah

I'm mad about being lied to.

I'm done playing mr. nice with these people.

We should reach out in a number of directions. michael.suede argues a good in your face case.

This article is a bit more subtle.

There aint no cure for those Redshift Blues

I liked this article on redshift with references to Halton Arp. However, I've only seen one photo of Arp's findings, regarding a quasar being physically connected to a nearby galaxy (the one used in the Cosmology Quest 1 video). The article states that Arp mapped 338 galaxies with odd characteristics and interactions. Does anyone know of more images? This case is often quoted as a proof or warning against redshift only being interpreted as recession speed, so it would be good to see more visual evidences.

G'day

It's amazing how redshift has taken hold and people really on it as evidence.

We are only now understanding the various means of how redshift forms and through this understanding we are questioning the evidence.

The problem is that some people become emotional over their models and want them to dominate the scene world wide.

There are several examples (with images) given by Scott on his website and in his book The Electric Sky.
-NGC 4319 and Mark 205, this might be the one to which you are referring.
-Stephan's Quintet, these are galaxies showing connections despite different redshifts
-NGC 7319, a galaxy with a quasar in front (between the Earth and the galaxy)

Thanks for the feedback siggy. I liked your suggestions so I added a pic of Arp85 and a hyperlink to an online atlas of those 338 peculiar galaxies. Cleaned up some text for better readability too.

Correction, I replaced the quasar time series with an image of Arp87 on the front page, added Arp85 and switched the hyperlink for the peculiar galaxies to a better site here.
