Recent Solar Wind changes

Any thoughts on the recent sudden changes in the Solar Wind that occurred on 2018-04-19 23:35 UT and lasted for about 8 hours? Most notable is the density change.

The same stream of solar wind is predicted to hit earth around April 30th, 2018.
