After all the failures of dark matter over the last decade, and all the failures of LCDM in general, I think Dr. Tyson needs to take a good hard look in the mirror and ask himself if he actually has the ability to judge what is true and what is not. I don't think he's a particularly effective spokesman when it comes to judging empirical truth from fiction. He's a bit like the Donald Trump of cosmology IMO.
