Well if 'neutrinos were a cogent 'particle';
that is having a persistent 'center', in our observable space-time frame of reference, then that article would carry some weight/mass/charge.
Lacking the evidence for that, we can expect a multitude of possible artifacts for every devised method of 'detection'.

I agree seasmith. The Neutrino is Primary Angular Momentum seperate from the sea of Aether (2 spin rotating magnetic field). These two independent units combined create matter. Possibly the Casimir Effect is the result of Neutrino angular momentum becoming a virtual photon via the encapsulating Aether. Just a thought.
