Crisis in Cosmology Conference 2

Some here might like the tail end of the blurb about Tom Van Flandern's recent conference:
Presenters also outlined the principles that a good cosmology should be based on. Chief among them is that it should not require a series of miracles to remain viable.

I am anxious to see the three new mechanisms for redshift. Can someone post?

The Proceedings are here:
http://lyndonashmore.com/ccc2.htm

The 'new' redshift mechanisms are these:
Tired Light - [Roscoe]
CREIL - [Moret-Bailly]
Dipole force [Louis Marmet]
QSO Raman type interactions [Gallo]

With the possible exception of "Dipole force", these do not seem new, but more like 'refinements'.
