If I were to speculate, I would assume that Sirius B is the Sun’s dual, its dark companion. The planet Nibiru could possibly have an orbit that takes it back and forth between its parent star, Sirius C (a red dwarf) and our Sun. Sirius B and Sirius C orbit around Sirius A. It could be that around 2012, our solar system will move much closer to the Sirius star system. We may encounter Sirius A as the Blue Star Kachina as it emerges suddenly from behind the Sun. We may also be able to see the planet Nibiru in the Asteroid Belt as it passes between Saturn and Jupiter. Maybe Nibiru will send comets our way. It is not unreasonable to assume that the passage of Nibiru through our solar system is what is causing all the current “earth changes”.

Bauval knew that the seemingly inconsistent layout of the three Fourth Dynasty pyramids at Giza was no accident, and had applied his own engineer's mind, and those of many friends to the problem. Most agreed that the alignment, though unusual, was no accident, given the precise mathematical knowledge that the Egyptians had.

His friend, a keen amateur astronomer, pointed out Orion, and mentioned, in passing, that Mintaka, the smaller more easterly of the stars making up Orion's belt was offset slightly from the others. Immediately Bauval saw the answer -- the three Belt Stars were aligned in exactly the same way as the three pyramids.

Bauval checked the alignment in 2,450 BCE by precessing the three Belt Stars back, and found that, due to their close proximity in space, great distance from Earth, and negligible proper motion, they looked exactly the same then as they do today. Of course, they had changed in declination -- then they were just below the celestial equator, at about -1 degree declination.

Robert Temple wrote a book called The Sirius Mystery - which deals with Earth's connection to the Sirius star system.

To Egypt, the 23rd of July, when Sirius starts to rise the waters of the Nile begin to flood. Then it meant fertility is one reason, for she was Isis. Sirius, Isis, the great mother of the gods.

Our solar system is born in from the womb of Isis. Sirius B, which is Isis, is made of iron. The iron of Sirius B, is the same as the iron in our blood and the iron of Earth and of our solar system. Sirius is our blood. We resonate to her. She is older than our solar system, which is a combination of interstellar debris, including the gas clouds, our sperm of Osiris/Orion. The iron in our blood comes from Sirius, its position in the sky, could thus be considered to resonate to Sirius's position of influence. Iron is the only true magnetic element.

Sirius has a unique relationship to us. The difference between the mass of our sun and the mass of Sirius is a harmonic and universal miracle. Sirius B has a ratio mass difference to our sun of 1.053. This becomes significant when we look at the Giza plateau. When comparing the mean base side of the Cheops Great Pyramid to the Mean base side of the Khephren pyramid, the larger Cheops measurement is 1.067 that of the Khephren's.

When this is then compared to the equation of Sirius B and our sun, the Great Pyramid being Sirius, and the Khephren pyramid our sun, as the Egyptian Book Of The Dead indicates (in fact the hieroglyph for Sirius is the Hieroglyph of the pyramid) they share a difference 0,01, which is very precise, scientifically. However, there is an extra digit 0.014, that doesn't sound so perfect anymore).

But this turns out to be an essential key in harmonic theory, the phenomenon of resonance itself. For 0.014 is actually the Pythagorean comma. The Pythagoreans were those 'mystic' mathematicians, who loved mathematics as the mystery of the ages. But what is the Pythagorean comma?

It is the difference between the mathematics of the octave and the 5th. 0.0136 is that precise discrepancy between the mathematics of the fifth and the octave, and it is rounded off as 0.014, and as Sir Arthur Eddington relates: there is 136° of freedom of the electron. theory which is 0,.036. And furthermore 136 + 1 equals the Fine structure Constant of physics, the universal natural constant -- Fractal harmonics, in the resonance of the Sun Sirius Pyramids equation, or interstellar neuron holography.

This is also evidenced, historically as having been implicated in the ancient "Mystery Schools" within the Archaic Esoteric Arkana of the Arcane Wisdom, as a precise wisdom, or the Isis Mysteries, and her mathematics. The astronomer and mathematician Macrobius, at the end of the fourth century mentioned the sacred fraction 256/243 which is 0.053 (Sirius B mass to the Sun), and describes its use in harmonic theory by peoples which to him were already the "ancients".

This harmony of the Sphere is accurate within 3 decimals of each other, and it is also the difference between perfect mathematics (the ones that work theoretically) and the actual mathematics of the universe, 0,014. What that means is that Sirius is no coincidence. It is really resonating to our sun. It is connected to our sun like a neuron, because they have this major mathematical relation in size to each other, harmonic resonance, that is likened to holography, a kind of Virtual Neuron Internal Net, as we may call it, or as Astronomer Royal, Robert Temple, has dubbed it: "The Anubis Cell".

Since such a long distance resonance is now demonstrated to occur between Sirius B and our sun 8.7 light years from each other, these are two solar systems whom are inhabiting the same cell of space, which enacts the "Complexity theorem" which has "instantaneous communication" occurs in such cells as a form of ordered self regulation. Instant communication harbored in this macro region of space, which acts as if the elements are not separated by any temporal distance. It is a macro region cell that turns disorder into order, called a "dissipative structure". Such an onset of "complexity", according to Nobel prize winner Professor Ilya Prigogine, can result in the instantaneous extension of long-range order by a magnitude of more than 10 million. That is like a fifth of the people of France speak the same sentence at the same time.

So Sirius is Sirius business in terms of resonance. No wonder the Egyptians placed so much significance on it. It is the iron in the blood; it is the Earth's iron; it is in the same holographic virtual neuron of order. What happens there instantly is mirrored in equivalence, here, by harmonic resonance, that utilizes "complexity theory", yielding "instantaneous communication", without subscribing to a speed of light limit. Do you imagine that the alignment of our solar system at 90° to the galactic plane is not noticed in the resonance of Time and Space of Sirius. This is a cross to a cross.

Furthermore, Sirius C, has now been detected, as relate by astronomers Daniel Benese and J.L. Duvent in Astronomy and Astrophysics magazine in 1995. When Sirius C is mapped by the pyramid capstone, and its mass is 0.005 of our sun, the capstone was 0.00643 of the Great pyramid. Hence 0.001° of accuracy.
Sirius rises just before the Sun once a year. In fact, it was the herald of the new year for the early Egyptians and also marked the time of the annual flooding of the Nile.

Sirius has an "invisible twin" which is a highly compacted "white dwarf" with an unimaginable density. An African myth (The Dogon) holds that there is a third partner; however, no third body has yet to be discovered. I suspect that the "third component" is what we call a "black hole" because the Orion Constellation is a virtual nursery when it comes to producing stars.

The Great Pyramid (like Sirius) too has an "invisible twin"! The height of the Great Pyramid is exactly one half pi (22/7) in relationship to the sum of the sides of its base! The 1/2 pi gives "the big clue" regarding the pyramid's "other half".

This is a very long and detailed video but offers some very interesting puzzle pieces for anyone digging into the UFO phenomena. David Sereda talks about the filmed encounters that NASA has had with anomalous objects and then proceeds to lay out his own theories on Stargates, time travel and alien contact. Lots of interesting questions raised and lots of interesting grist for your semiotic mill. I can't speak to the science, obviously, but Sereda certainly hits some very interesting bases in the overall mystery of extraterrestrial contact and its aftershocks.

I think that makes a lot of sense. Pharoahs certainly made elaborate plans to return to the stars. Why are there supposed to be all those secret underground tunnels and stargates? There is no "Great White Way in the Sky" that says "This way home to Sirius, earthlings."

I’m a water sign. So I’m just going to grow scales, jump into the Milky Way River and swim on home to Sirius. I’m brushing up on my “sonar clicks" at this very moment. Next I will build an enticing pond in the back yard, and I will charge the expense to my credit card. The Nommos bear some physical resemblance to several other mythological beings: the Oannes (Babylon), the Enki (Sumer), Fuxi (China), Dagon (Philistine), and Nereus (Greece), to name a few. It is also interesting to note the motifs common to the story of Nommo with the story of Osiris (dismemberment and the erection of temples at the final resting places of their respective body parts). There are also numerous parallels between the story of Nommo and the traditions of Jesus: both were crucified, both instructed followers to “drink of my body”, and both were associated with the fish.

I’ve written about the perplexing images of a shorthaired, beardless Jesus using a magic rod or wand to perform miracles in several of my books, including Cloak of the Illuminati. For example, in the 5th century portrayal shown here Jesus is turning water into wine with a magic wand at the wedding at Cana. A woman, possibly Mary Magdalene, stands beside him. It was Hebrew custom in Jesus’ time that the groom provided the wine at wedding feasts. Many believe this was Jesus’ wedding to Mary Magdalene. Early Christian art suggests he produced the wine by magical means.

Beside the fish and Tree of Life at Domme is another larger ‘fish creature’. Obviously any one can read anything they want into this symbolism. To me, this fish creature bears an amazing resemblance to a drawing presented by Robert Temple in The Sirius Mystery of the descent of Nommo, the amphibious savior being the Dogon tribe of Mali believed had been sent from Sirius to watch and educate humankind. Is Nommo’s craft the Merkabah chariot?

Nommo divided his body to feed humankind. His name is thought to mean, “make one drink.” Nommo was known as masters of waters.

Interestingly, the Merovingians, the alleged ‘offspring’ of Jesus and Mary Magdalene who ruled this part of France, claimed descent from a fish creature that came out of the ocean. This fish-being is widely traced to Oannes in Babylonia and Enki in Sumeria. Both are equated with Nommo…and Jesus.

Enki is portrayed in the Babylonian seal shown here. He hovers in a winged ring or craft (an ark?) above a utensil operated by priests wearing fish suits. It appears to portray Enki descending in a Merkaba chariot. This is a purification ceremony.

In the catacombs of Rome we also find the identical theme in an astonishing Early Christian fish glyph.

The Early Christian symbol of the anchor with a cross with a pierced circle and a fish grasping a line of hope or salvation is plainly kin to, if not a copy of, the Sumerian seal portraying the fish priests beside a radiant tree or pillar above which hovers Enki.

Both are identical in meaning to fish grasping the Tree of Life in the Templar engraving.

The match between these emblems - all three portray fish attached to a tree (or tower?) topped by a symbol for the Lord - leads to a profound question. Were the Early Christians devotees of Enki/Nommo? Were the Templars, as well?

The fish at Domme may be the key that unlocks this engraving. In ancient Christian symbolism the fish stands for the concept of the living water referenced in so many traditions. This living water is different from ordinary water. It’s cosmic. It has a quickening effect.

John’s gospel provides insight into these mysterious waters. Jesus said “the water that I give him shall become in him a fountain of water, springing up into life everlasting.’ (John 4: 10-14)

As Ezekiel 47:8-10 tells us its source is the Temple of Solomon in Jerusalem. The ‘fountain of living waters’ is mentioned in the Old Testament’s Song of Solomon (4:15). The living waters flow from the Temple.

What is it about Solomon’s Temple that produces the living water? And what does it have to do with the Templar excavations there and the graffiti portraying a Tree of Life/ fount of living water? I’m not certain, but this living waters connection is made even more relevant when we acknowledge that in French literary tradition introduced in the 12-13th century Mary Magdalene is remembered as la Dompna del Aquae: Mistress of the Waters. Is it she holding a branch of the Tree of Life at Domme? Or, could it be a beaker holding living water?

The Precession of the Equinoxes is a 26,000-year cycle that establishes the zodiacal ages relative to the Earth. The celestial ecliptic refers to the path traveled by the sun and the various planets of our solar system. The galactic equator refers to the central plane of our Milky Way galaxy, visible in the night sky as a ribbon of brightly-lit stars known as the Milky Way. And the Galactic Center refers to the exact center of our entire galaxy, located at 27 degrees of Sagittarius relative to Earth.

Jenkins claims that the Mayans, when setting up their calendar were not concerned so much with the beginning point as the end point. This is because a very unique event takes place here, an event that takes place only once every 26,000 years. At the End Date of the Long Count, on the winter solstice of 2012, the noonday sun exactly conjuncts the crossing point of the Celestial Ecliptic with the Galactic Equator, while also closely conjuncting the Galactic Center! Arguelles further claims that this conjunction would activate a "synchronization beam" that would bring us into alignment with the evolutionary energies emanating from the Galactic Center, catapulting us into 4th dimensional planetary consciousness.

Although the Mayans themselves do not refer directly to the Precessional cycle, Jenkins makes the point that five Great Cycles of 5125 years each make one Precessional Cycle of approximately 26,000 years. If we study this cycle, and the evolutionary potential that exists as we periodically conjunct the Galactic Center, it looks remarkably similar to the popular understanding of the "photon belt", which also refers to emanations from the Galactic Center designed to shift our collective frequencies into a more unified state.

In this model, which we might consider symbolic of another dimensional reality, the precession of the equinoxes is related to the journey of our solar system around Alcyone. Alcyone is held in a beam of light emanating from the center of our galaxy, known as the Photon Belt, or the Golden Nebula.

There is another calendar system I would like to refer to in context of this discussion, the Hindu cycle of the yugas. This refers to an Age of Light known as the Satya Yuga, gradually declining through the Treta and Dwapara yugas into an Age of Darkness known as the Kali Yuga. The traditional Hindu model of the yugas runs into the billions of years, yet Sri Yukteswar, in The Holy Science, puts forth a different model based on a 24,000-year cycle.

Like the Mayans, he claims that this cycle has to do with the journey of our solar system around another sun. He also speaks of a much longer revolution of our sun around some kind of "grand center", similar perhaps to what the Mayans understood as "Hunab Ku". According to him, "The sun, with its planets and their moons, takes some star for its dual (Sirius?) and revolves around it in about 24,000 years of our earth - a celestial phenomenon which causes the backward movement of the equinoctial points around the zodiac. The sun also has another motion by which it revolves around a grand center called "Vishnunabhi", which is the seat of the creative power, Brahma."

Since Sri Yukteswar equates the 24,000 cycle with the precessional cycle I wonder if this should actually be corrected to 26,000 years. Being so close to the Mayan model of our journey around Alcyone,

Half of the precessional cycle is 13,000 years. In both of the above models, something very special happens every 13,000 years, whether it is passing through the photon belt or crossing the galactic equator. Both these events are associated with major shifts in human consciousness as well as shifts within the Earth. This is also associated with a movement from a Kali Yuga back to a Satya Yuga, an Age of Light. Paul LaViolette, author of “Earth Under Fire”, refers to a pulse of light emanating from the galactic center every 13,000 years. Is this what the photon belt phenomenon, the galactic synchronization beam, and the advent of the Satya Yuga is really about? Paul Winter theorizes that this pulse may be related to the Blue Star of the Hopis, which signified for them the sign of the Great Purification, as we journeyed from the Fourth World into the Fifth World, or the World of Illumination.

There is another interesting geological phenomenon that is relevant to this discussion, and that is the reversal of Earth's magnetic poles. In Reality Revealed, Douglas Vogt and Gary Sultan present evidence that the Earth's magnetic poles have reversed themselves every 13 thousand years or so, and that we are due for another reversal right now. They also suggest that these reversals might be connected with a nova effect of the Sun, in which a blaze of intense solar energy would be sent out throughout the solar system. They claim that the last reversal was 12,400 years ago, although there are others who date this event to either 12,800 or 13,200 years ago. Although the exact date of the polar reversal is disputed, it seems to correlate with the cycle of the yugas, photon belt, and galactic equator.

There is another cycle of time that I feel is important to understand. There is a calendar encoded within the measurements of the Great Pyramid of Giza, which has accurately predicted significant historical events, including the birth of Jesus Christ and the two world wars of the last century. This began in 3999 BC and, according to some researchers, came to an end on September 17, 2001 (see Moira Timms' Beyond Prophecies and Predictions). Timms feels that there could be three possible events related to this time: magnetic changes within the Earth in relation to the Sun, the final stages of karmic balancing, and a major planetary initiation.

When the Mayan, Hindu, Hopi, and Egyptian prophecies speak of the ending of this present age, they were referring not to the end of the world, but to the end of a system of time. There is something different about this 26,000-year cycle than anything that has come before us. We are now, for the first time in this cycle of creation, returning on the in-breath of God back to Creator Consciousness. The dimensional realities created as an expression of our cosmic play are now folding back up. Since time is experienced very differently in each of these dimensional realities, this means that our experience of time is also about to shift.

Barry Martin has been carefully researching a phenomenon he calls the "time spiral", which may shed further light on this dimensional shift. With some of the renewed understandings of sacred geometry, we are beginning to become aware of how everything is organized around certain basic principles of geometry. The "fibonacci spiral" is one such geometry used by the devic realms to create forms and proportions for all life in the universe, from tiny crystals, to the human form, to an entire planet. Beginning at zero point, which could be any point in space, it is a numeric sequence that spirals out to infinity. What if this same sequence that applies to space were also applied to time?

This can be plotted as a time spiral. Eventually this time spiral winds down through 3rd dimensional time and approaches zero point, an end of time as we know it. According to his research, the time spiral that governed most of our recent 3rd dimensional history ended on July 26, 2000, at which point a new 4th dimensional spiral began, and is slowly gathering force.

There is another astronomical phenomenon being reported these days that I think is important to consider. Scientists are starting to talk about Gamma Ray Bursts, or GMB's. These are extra-galactic explosions of light bigger than any supernovas ever seen. Each of these is the equivalent of a Big Bang, and there have been thousands of such GMB's noted in the past few years, flooding our Earth's aura with their creative energies.

There is an event taking place at this time that may perhaps force us to make this choice sooner rather than later. Zecharia Sitchin, in The Twelfth Planet, makes reference to a planet known as Nibiru that is also part of our solar system. It has a highly elliptical 3,600-year orbit around the Sun.

Some astronomers are now starting to talk about the return of this planet into our solar system. First reported as Planet X by the Infrared Astronomical Satellite, its path has now been confirmed by observatories around the world. If it is indeed the same celestial body, Planet X, or Nibiru, will be at its closest point to the Sun, traveling inside of Earth's orbit, sometime in the spring of 2003.

In the introduction to his book The Holy Science, Sri Yukteswar describes an interesting variant of the Hindu theory of ages. According to him,
...the sun, with its planets and their moons, takes some star for its dual (Sirius?) and revolves around it in about 24,000 years of our earth-a celestial phenomenon which causes the backward movement of the equinoctial points around the zodiac. The sun also has another motion by which it revolves round a grand center called Vishnunabhi, which is the seat of the creative power, Brahma, the universal magnetism. Brahma regulates dharma, the mental virtue of the internal world.

Yukteswar goes on to explain that the sun's 24,000 year revolution around its companion star takes the sun progressively closer, and then progressively further away from the mystic center Vishnunabhi. In his system, dharma increases as we approach Vishnunabhi and decreases as we draw away from it. The cycle of yugas takes place twice in each 24,000 year revolution. As the sun recedes from Vishnunabhi, the ages pass in the usual order: Satya, Treta, Dvapara, Kali. As the sun approaches Vishnunabhi, the ages pass in the opposite order: Kali, Dvapara, Treta, Satya.

EACH of the four Yugas, as described by the ancient Hindu sages, has a correspondence with one of the four powers of Maya, the darkness of Illusion that hides from man his Divine nature. Each Yuga brings to mankind in general an opportunity to control and understand one of these universal powers. The four Illusions, Avidyas, of Maya, counting from the grossest to the most subtle, are:

(1) Atomic form, the world of gross material manifestation, wherein the One Substance appears as innumerable objects;

(2) Space, whereby the idea of division is produced in the Ever-Indivisible;

(3) Time, whereby the mind conceives of change in the Ever-Unchangeable, and

(4) Vibration, the universal creative force which obscures our realization of the Ever-Uncreated.

In Kali Yuga, the knowledge and power of man is confined to the world of gross matter and his state or natural caste is dependent of Nature. During this Yuga, his mind is centered on the problems of material objectivity.

In Dwapara Yuga, man gains a comprehension of the electrical attributes, the finer forces and more subtle matters of creation. He is then said to belong to the twice-born class, since his mind has arisen form the grave of belief in materialism; he now understands that all matter is in the last analysis nothing but expressions of energy, vibratory force, and electrical attributes. During the course of this Age of Dwapara, man is given the power to annihilate the Illusion of Space, and the second limitation of Maya is thereby conquered. During this span, man's mind is centered on the problems of the second sphere of creation which, by the absence of gross matter and the presence only of Nature's finer electrical matters or energies, is called the Vacuum Ordinary.

In Treta Yuga, man extends his knowledge and power over the attributes of universal magnetism, the source of the positive, negative, and neutralizing electricities, and the two poles of creative attraction and repulsion. His natural state in this period is that of the perfect (human) class, and he succeeds in piercing the third veil of Maya, the Illusion of Time, which is Change.

The present state of development of human intelligence in this, our own Dwapara Age, is not sufficient to enable us to even dimly understand the problems of the third sphere of Nature that will be met and mastered by the men of Treta Yuga. This third sphere, of universal magnetism, being characterized by the absence of all matter, whether gross or fine, is called the Great Vacuum.

In Treta Yuga, the intelligence of man, having penetrated the secrets of the finer material forces of Nature in the preceding Age of Dwapara, now comes upon the solution of the mysteries of the source and origin of all matter-energies, gross and subtle, thus being enabled to comprehend the true nature of the universe. In this state, man's intelligence is sufficiently purified to grasp the principles of the universal Heart Atom, the magnetic third portion of Creations and throne of Spirit, the Creator.

Chittwa, the throne, has seven attributes—five kinds of electricities, the five Root-Causes of creation, and two magnetic poles, one of attraction, and one of repulsion.

In Satya Yuga, man comprehends the source of universal magnetism with its principle of duality, or polarity, and his intelligence reaches out to grasp the mystery of Vibration, Aum, the creative power that sustains the universe.

If this fourth and last sheath of Maya is thus removed, in the Golden Age, from the eyes of the perfected man, he passes on to the fifth sphere. In this state, freed from the four Illusions, he is called Brahman, knower of the Creator, Brahma, the spiritual light and only Real Substance of the universe. The fourth sphere is the connecting link between the three lower worlds, and the three spiritual worlds above, and is thus called the Door.

The universe, from the Eternal Substance God down to the gross material creation, is divided by the ancient Hindu rishis into seven different spheres of which the first four, the kingdom of Maya, have been described above. The remaining three, not being subject to the illusory limitations of vibrations, time, space, or atomic form, are of course unconnected with the time-cycles of the different Yugas, and it will therefore be sufficient here merely to mention them briefly.

The fifth sphere is the abode of the Sons of God, wherein the idea of the separate existence of the Higher Self originates. As it is above the comprehension of man while under the Illusions of Maya, this sphere is called Alakhsa, the Incomprehensible.

The sixth sphere is that of the Holy Spirit or Eternal Patience, as it remains forever undisturbed by any limited idea. Because it is not approachable even by the Sons of God, as such, it is called the Inaccessible.

The seventh and highest sphere is the abode of God, the only Real Substance in the universe. No name can describe it; hence this sphere is called the Nameless.

Hopi wisdom says that we are living in the fourth of five eras - the Fourth World, and there will be a “Great Purification” just before the start of the Fifth World. They have nine prophecies, starting with the coming of white men with guns. The eighth prophecy was the hippie era in the 1960’s. The only remaining prophecy to be fulfilled is the appearance of a new star that they call Blue Star Kachina.

French anthropologists Griaule and Dieterlen worked with the Dogon in the 1930s and after a number of years they gained their trust enough to be allowed to know the secret things.
The Dogon said the star Sirius was orbited by the "smallest and heaviest of all stars" and they would draw a diagram of an elliptical orbit and said the period was 50 years. The anthropologists commented in their papers that this knowledge was surprising. It is more than surprising - Sirius is orbited by a white dwarf and it is so invisible that the first image of it was only obtained in 1970.

It was first detected over 100 years ago because its orbit causes Sirius to appear to wobble; and the mystery of what kind of object was causing that wobble was only explained relatively recently.

The orbiting object is what is called a "white dwarf" and is the collapsed core of a dead star and it is in a 50 year elliptical orbit. It is more massive than our Sun but is very small - gravity has collapsed it to just a few thousand miles in diameter - it is collapsed to an extent where 2,000 tons of material are crushed into 1 cubic foot.

Sirius A is very bright and totally outshines Sirius B (10,000x) but because the Sirius system is quite close, one of our nearest neighbors at 8.7 light-years, it is possible to detect the wobble caused by the heavy orbiting object using good instruments. The Dogon say there is also a 3rd star in the system called "Emme Ya" - and this was recently discovered (in 1995) and is now called Sirius C.

The Dogon also knew that the movement of the stars in the sky was due to the rotation of the Earth, that the planets orbit the Sun, that Jupiter has moons, that Saturn has rings, and they call the Milky Way "the world of spiraling stars".

The Dogon don't say their knowledge was due to better instruments but due to events in the distant past. They say a new star appeared in the sky that could change its size. A fiery, roaring, ship then came down which manufactured a pond for the occupants of the ship to use. These creatures could speak the local language and were friendly. They were called "Nommo" meaning "the monitors" and their home planet was in the Sirius system orbiting Emme Ya. The Nommo stayed on Earth for some time teaching.

They are described as having arms and legs but also a fish tail and that they breathed through 2 holes in their back and had a slimy skin, and pointed teeth.

It was recorded by the ancient Greeks that the Babylonian civilization had been founded long before the great flood by amphibious beings called Oannes, Musari, or Annedoti. The monitorial duties of the Nommo may have included helping to save Noah by providing him with his Ark. The book of Enoch says the ark was built by the Angels or "watchers". It seems possible that the Watchers are humans trained by the Nommo to take over their monitoring. The Saturn system is a very interesting one... no doubt why they are sending that Cassini probe out to investigate some more (ETA 2004). You will find some very interesting stuff about it in the first chapter of Temple's "The Sirius Mystery", especially about Phoebe:

He said it had only 3% reflectivity. ... it could be that Voyager One might have triggered a local alarm by entering the Saturn system, and thus awakening the Nommos. The whole design might have been that simple and elegant. It avoids artificial or questionable criteria and sets as its absolute threshold the entering of the Saturn system by an artificial probe (of whatever kind, since this plan would enable an alarm to be triggered by an extraterrestial as well as by an Earth probe). The entering of the Saturn system would thus constitute a tripwire which would have activated the Nommos in 1981...

We should not forget that the Dogon say that the Nommos will return, and when they do it will be called The Day of the Fish. The first indication of their return, say the Dogon, will be that a new star will appear in the sky - the 'star of the tenth moon' will have returned...

Any opinions as to what constitutes the four 'spurachies' seen in a highly enhanced Cassini image of Saturn moon Phoebe. 'Spurachies' is a coined word made up on the spur of the moment, because the four small irregular blobs seen are spurious, yet seem to be coherent enough to be from some cause, requiring a name. These spurachies do not look like thumbprints and would not be in a digital image anyway, they seem as if to be small asteroid moons in orbit around Phobos, for instance three are bar shaped - a standard asteriod morphology - and one is circular - a standard minor moon morphology. The largest bar shape's image seems to indicate faint traces of structure.

Nowhere is objectivity in modern science so clearly challenged as in the case of the wildly eccentric moon of Saturn, the one named after the Greek Titan, Iapetus. It is one thing to have the kind of variations in geologic characteristics as are exhibited by the Galilean satellites of Jupiter; it is quite another to have a sufficient number of totally unique features so as to require some extraordinary and highly creative explanations. In terms of anomalies Iapetus is loaded!

There is, for example, the solar system’s most dramatic variation in the coloration between the leading and trailing hemispheres of the satellite. This premier feature of Iapetus has been referred to as the Yin/Yang appearance, first captured in all of its glory in the first images taken by the Voyager spacecraft

What pray tell is this? It is not something you get due to light impinging on only one portion of the surface or shadow effects. This is something quite different. Yin/Yang satellites are simply not a common feature of moons in our solar system.

When Iapetus was discovered in the 17th century by Giovanni Domenico Cassini (1671 to be exact), he observed with his small refractor telescope the fact that the faint moon was apparently disappearing for a good portion of its 79-day orbit. The satellite would be visible during one elongation (i.e. when it was furtherest from its host planet, Saturn, as viewed from Earth), but then become progressively dimmer as it passed behind the planet. Eventually it would completely disappear as it approached its elongation on the other side of the planet (and was no longer shielded by the planet or its brilliance). As it continued on around and passed in front of Saturn, Iapetus would begin to reappear first as an extremely faint object, and then steadily increase until it again reached its original brightness in its original elongation. This process was repeated every 79 days.

Cassini assumed – correctly as it turns out -- that the extreme variations in the brightness of Iapetus had to be due to the fact that one hemisphere of the moon was vastly brighter than the other half – and that furthermore, the moon was synchronously rotating about Saturn with one hemisphere continuously facing Saturn – just as the Earth’s moon always has the same hemisphere facing the Earth. The only distinction was that Iapetus had a 79-day orbit about Saturn, while the Earth’s moon had a roughly 28-day rotation.

Importantly, if the leading hemisphere of Iapetus (which never changed) was very dark, and the trailing hemisphere comparatively much, much brighter, then simple geometry would dictate what was being observed.

It is probably worth noting that no other satellite in the solar system has anything similar to the black/white hemispherical faces of Iapetus. Many moons may have only one face to present to their host planet (e. g. Earth’s moon and Jupiter’s Europa), but nothing that presents to the host planet a dark/bright, split personality

This unique quality of Iapetus had been known for almost 300 years when Arthur C. Clarke used Iapetus as a major plot element in his novel, 2001, A Space Odyssey. [The novel, by the way, differs from the movie in that the Discovery spacecraft went to Saturn in the novel -- even while using Jupiter’s gravity to slingshot Discovery with increased speed toward Saturn. In the film, Discovery only made it as far as Jupiter – apparently because of time and budgetary constraints.] In the novel, Clarke not only took advantage of Iapetus’ unique surface characteristics – and Saturn’s spectacular rings – but even went so far as to prophesize a huge crater-like ring with a dark object in its center.

A bit later (November 14, 1980), the unmanned spacecraft, Voyager I, provided the first clear images showing that Cassini had been right: the leading hemisphere of Iapetus was at least ten times darker than the trailing hemisphere. The leading edge in Clarke’s words was about as light as burnt toast. Or in the words of a NASA press release:

“Iapetus is a two-toned moon. The leading hemisphere is as dark as a freshly tarred street, and the white, trailing hemisphere resembles freshly fallen snow.

Hoagland has also noted “a large (~150 mile diameter), dark, ring-shaped feature… on the side of the moon facing Saturn. In the center of the ring -- almost exactly as Arthur C. Clarke had described it before anyone could have seen it -- was an ‘elliptical white region’… with a black center!” It’s the sort of thing that can really get your attention, particularly after being attracted to the most astounding planet (in appearance) in the solar system, aka Saturn with its incredible rings.

What is not obvious is why Iapetus has a dark side? What mechanisms, natural or otherwise, are responsible for a satellite with such a distinctive feature? Better yet, why would this occur in only a single moon of the solar system? These questions are the reason for delving into Iapetus’ mysteries… but it will take a bit more detail to map out all of the incredible possibilities.

Of all the major moons of Saturn (except for tiny, distant Phoebe), Iapetus has the most inclined orbit. All the other major moons lie essentially in the plane of Saturn’s equator and its rings, and are relatively close to the planet. This includes all of the moons from Mimas (with an approximate 250 mile diameter) to Titan (with a diameter of ~3200 miles). The rings themselves, i.e. the trillions of particles making up the rings -- are of course in orbit in the planet of Saturn’s equator.

Equally “coincidental” is the shape of Iapetus’ inclined orbit, and its curiously precise distance from Saturn. On the one hand, Iapetus’ orbit is very nearly a perfect circle, the orbit having an eccentricity of only 0.0283 – i.e. its orbit departs from a perfect circle by slightly less than 3%. Earth’s Moon, by comparison has an eccentricity of 0.0549, or almost twice that of Iapetus.

For Iapetus, the combination of a low eccentricity and a high inclination is unlikely to have resulted from the “random chance” of collisional events. Added to this is the fact that Iapetus’ mean distance from Saturn equals 59.091 times Saturn radius.

Then there’s the shape of Iapetus! It’s not like Iapetus is “out of shape”, but rather that it departs significantly from the expected spherical shape.

According to Hoagland, there's a: "…long narrow ridge that lies almost exactly on the equator of Iapetus.” Or as NASA said in two different instances:

“What has happened to Saturn's moon Iapetus? A strange ridge crosses the moon near the equator, visible near the bottom of the above image, making Iapetus appear similar to the pit of a peach.

“One of these features is a long narrow ridge that lies almost exactly on the equator of Iapetus, bisects its entire dark hemisphere and reaches 20 kilometers high (12 miles). It extends over 1,300 kilometers (808 miles) from side to side, along its midsection. No other moon in the solar system has such a striking geological feature.

Occam’s Razor says that "All things being equal, the simplest solution tends to be the best one." If that's the case, the far more obvious and simpler explanation for the anomalies discussed thus far is that Iapetus is not simply a naturally occurring object or moon of Saturn, but instead is either an artificial satellite or a natural satellite which has undergone extensive artificial modifications.

Iapetus may in fact be…

“A 900 mile-wide, manufactured, ancient world-sized spaceship… created under 1/40th terrestrial gravity according to a fractally apparent, ‘tetrahedral’ pattern!”

“These are the shattered, blasted remnants of an ancient, almost incomprehensible science and technology… stark, surviving evidence of a “super-engineering” that once held together an entire world… and for some reason, placed it in the Saturn system.”

Such an explanation can easily and straightforwardly explain the following observations:

The incredible feature of having one hemisphere black and the other white,
The intriguing anomalous inclination and nearly perfect circular orbit,
The unique geometrical (hexagonal) shape of the satellite,
The strange surface features and the low radar reflectivity,
The low density of the overall satellite, combined with the higher density of the surface – in particular the equatorial ridge which rises up 12 miles above the surface of Iapetus, and lastly
The equatorial ridge itself, which could be related to the structural characteristics of the surface, or to a mechanism that might provide propulsion for the satellite

Cassini Exposes Saturn's Two-Face Moon

The moon with the split personality, Iapetus, presents a perplexing appearance in the latest images snapped by the Cassini spacecraft.

One hemisphere of the moon is very dark, while the other is very bright. Scientists do not yet know the origin of the dark material or whether or not it is representative of the interior of Iapetus.

Iapetus is one of Saturn's 31 known moons. Its diameter is about one third that of our own moon at 1,436 kilometers (892 miles). This image was taken in visible light with the Cassini spacecraft narrow angle camera on July 3, 2004, from a distance of 3 million kilometers (1.8 million miles) from Iapetus. The brightness variations in this image are not due to shadowing, they are real.

Iapetus was discovered by the Italian-French astronomer Jean Dominique Cassini in 1672. He correctly deduced that the trailing hemisphere is composed of highly reflective material, while the leading hemisphere is strikingly darker.

This sets Iapetus apart from Saturn's other moons and Jupiter's moons, which tend to be brighter on their leading hemispheres. Voyager images show that the bright side of Iapetus, which reflects nearly 50 percent of the light it receives, is fairly typical of a heavily cratered icy satellite. The leading side consists of much darker, redder material that has a reflectivity of only about 3 to 4 percent

Iapetus is odd in other respects. It is in a moderately inclined orbit, one that takes it far above and below the plane in which the rings and most of the moons orbit. It is less dense than many of the other satellites, which suggests a higher fraction of ice or possibly methane or ammonia in its interior.

It seems to verify the Noah's Ark thesis of this web site. Further, tends to support Temple's (The Sirius Mystery) hypohesis that Phoebe is a hollow object, possibly a spaceship or ark of the Nommos. Temple reports that it is a Dogon legend that seems to suggest the "Star of the Tenth Moon" is Phoebe, the tenth satellite of Saturn. This spaceship may have been parked in Earth orbit during the Nommos visit to Earth thousands of years ago.

Except for Phoebe, the satellites of Saturn orbit close to it and in nearly posigrade circular orbits. Most (except for Iapetus and Phoebe) are found at orbital inclinations close to Saturn's spin plane. Seven are tiny (a few tens of kilometers in size) and are probably captured asteroids or residue from a "detonated" tiny satellite that produced Saturn's rings. Phoebe is almost four times as distant as Iapetus, Saturn's most remote major satellite, and in an elliptical retrograde orbit. Phoebe's orbital plane is close to the ecliptic (the plane in which Earth and most other planets orbit the Sun), rather than in Saturn’s equatorial spin plane as are most of Saturn's other satellites. If Phoebe were moved from Earth orbit to an orbit about Saturn, it is reasonable to expect that it would be inserted in a more distant orbit than any of the other major satellites and in an elliptical orbit contained in the ecliptic plane because Earth is likewise located in the ecliptic plane. The reason for its retrograde motion is not clearly understood, but it stands out from the posigrade motion of Saturn's other satellites.

New Artificial DNA Points to Alien Life

A strange, new genetic code a lot like that found in all terrestrial life is sitting in a beaker full of oily water in a laboratory in Florida, a scientist said today, calling it the first example of an artificial chemical system that is capable of Darwinian evolution.
The system is made of the four molecules that are the basic building blocks of our DNA along with eight synthetic modifications of them, said biochemist Steven A. Benner of the Foundation for Applied Molecular Evolution in Gainesville.

The main difference between the synthetic molecules and those that make up conventional DNA is that Benner's molecules cannot make copies of themselves, although that is just "a couple of years" away, he said.

He and his colleagues have focused in part on expanding the DNA alphabet to develop an "Artificially Expanded Genetic Information System," which now has its own supporting molecular biology.

The building blocks of DNA are four chemicals called nucleotides that are referred to as A, C, T and G, for short. The nucleotides pair up and bond in predictable ways to form the double helix structure of DNA. Benner's new nucleotides, which he and his colleagues have named Z, P, V, J, Iso-C, Iso-G, X and K, are reshufflings of the constituents of those molecules found in our DNA.

The evolution in this system happens when the 12-letter genetic code makes copying mistakes and subsequent sequences have properties that make them more liable to get copied. Those sequences would survive in greater numbers than the original sequence.

The human genome's DNA includes 3 billion base pairs. Some of the molecules synthesized in Benner's lab are 81 base pairs long — relatively short.
The molecules are "fed" and grow via a process called the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) that allows the molecules to make copies of themselves. Once the replication of the molecules in Benner's system is self-catalyzed, without PCR, the process is self-sustaining. Benner claims, "then it's artificial life."

The research resulted from a NASA-funded project to try to understand what life might look like beyond Earth. Such life might live in water, but it could also live in liquid nitrogen or methane (as speculated for Saturn's moon Titan) and in environments with extremely high or low acidity.

NASA has been involved in searching for extra-terrestrial life along numerous avenues for decades, including the Viking mission to Mars in the 1970s and its recent missions to the red planet which have searched for signs of habitability there. NASA also funds an Astrobiology Institute, which partners with hundreds of researchers world-wide who study of the origins, evolution, distribution and future of life in the universe.

The trick to searching for alien life is how to look for it, said Paul Davies of Arizona State University, who also spoke with reporters here today.

"All of the techniques which microbiologists use to [look for alien life] are customized to life as we know it," Davies said. "It's no surprise that microbiologists haven't come across micro-organisms that seem to have relatively different biochemistry."

These people had likes and dislikes, hopes and ambitions as indeed do you. Male and female caused pro-creation of the races as do the people on Earth.

They studied the philosophies and dabbled in the sciences as do terrestrials, except that these people were more advanced in many ways than are earthlings. The Planet was so highly mechanized that robots took care of all the menial tasks. The inhabitants had discovered a rudimentary form of Space travel, but soon found that their craft did not possess sufficient cruising range owing to the fact that their fuel was too heavy to allow them to penetrate far into the System. They could control their weather so that drought and famine became long forgotten. The majority, having an abundance of food, having no menial tasks to perform soon became content to while away their unrecallable hours in the sun. They became, in comparison with the higher Planetary cultures, a selfish, lackadaisical people seeking after their own enjoyment, as do the majority of terrestrials.

Then the disease came. It probably started subtly in the minds of those few men of science who shunned the procrastinating majority, in a fervent search for material conquest, thus leaving them open to the incurable affliction. The mental disease manifested itself as a lust for greater power. They found it!

They exploded a hydrogen bomb and completely destroyed the Planet Maldek and murdered the whole populace in one blinding flash of searing flame.

Not the hydrogen isotope bomb which only releases one ten thousandth part of its force as does the murder weapon on Earth, but the scientists of Maldek discovered how to convert hydrogen mass into energy in its entirety and thus murdered a whole world. All that is now left of that beautiful green Planet, which at one time teemed with life, gaining its expression through experience, is the asteroid belt. Thousands of pieces of cold rock, spinning through Space, lifeless, devoid of atmosphere, a burned, broken, dead world.

The millions of lifestreams who inhabited Maldek were suddenly released on to their different etheric planes. According to the perfect Law of Karma, these lifestreams had to reincarnate again, under strict limitation, upon another Planet in the Solar System. They could not reincarnate upon Jupiter, because even in those days, the inhabitants had reached such a high state of Spiritual culture that the Planet was used as a reception centre for the Interplanetary Confederation, which actually had its seat upon Saturn. Mercury was already operating as the major communications centre for the Solar System. Mars was already inhabited by an advanced race who were the engineers and builders in the Solar System

The Earth was approached.

The Earth, being a great Planetary Lord, took merciful compassion upon the killers of Maldek and agreed to their reincarnation upon Her back and thereby agreed to the thousands of years of necessary limitation which would have to be imposed during their reincarnation so that they could gain essential experience.

The Cosmic Hierarchy then approached the true inhabitants of Earth, a highly cultured race of individuals called—Adamic man. Adamic man agreed that he would give place to the reincarnating lifestreams and he cooperated in such a manner as to make this cycle of incarnation complete.

Gradually those too lazy to stop the shocking Cosmic crime of the destruction of Maldek and those who had actually brought it about, were reincarnated upon Earth. Adamic man stayed for a time giving instruction, guidance and help to the mutants which plagued the grass of Earth. Then, eventually, when Adamic man had caused some semblance of civilization to be brought into being on Earth, he, obeying his instructions according to the Law, left the human race to its own devices.
