Cows align north-south

In the linked news report cows and deer were found to tend to align north and south. Are there EU implications?

That has got to be one of the best attention grabbing title ever! And also what an article :) It would be great to see a TPOD on that.

It must be related to the EU and the Earths magnetic field. I remember seeing the Magnetic Ants in Australia, they have their mounds aligned... to the magnetic lines of the earth (http://www.adventure-tours-australia.co ... -hill.html)

Does this alignment change in stormy weather when cows supposedly sit down? Does it change during Sun activity like Solar Flares or Sun Spots?

Its a crazy world once you get into the EU Theory! Everyone else would chuckle about the article and there we are thinking on a more serious level :)
