Heh. Here's reason #3 from an article I just read entitled "20 crazy things people do to get Wi-Fi connections":
3. "Drove 15 miles away from Old Faithful Geyser to achieve a complete Internet connection, due to static from Geyser emissions energy." Editor's note: I hate it when that happens.
Here's the URL for the article:

Re: Static from Old Faithful?
From the above I have found lots of other interesting stuff but I can not find anything on "Static" from other Geysers or Volcano’s, can anyone else? Are there any other electrical effects that can be observed around them?
There is of course Volcano lightning, pyroclastic flows and especially the classic Electric Fires in Italy (discussed somewhere on the Forum with the article also at http://www.rense.com/general78/elect.htm and the main news article at http://worldnetdaily.com/news/article.a ... E_ID=58378)
I suppose they are enough evidence though! They would rather have Aliens as the cause than admit to it being an Electric Universe.
What I am thinking of and have been searching for is EM effects, not sure what though. I just might not be looking in the right place or with the correct terminology, can anyone else help?
