Carolina Bays were made by a thunderbolt?

offers a report about what they call a "nuke" over North America about 14,500 years ago.
A look at the photo of the so-called "Carolina Bays" shows what looks like craters from an electric discharge, yes?

based on their elliptical shape i would say that these actually were caused by a HUGE :o meteor shower
