The Discovery of Luminescence: "The Bolognian Stone"

The oldest known written observations on bioluminescent phenomena in nature were made in China, dating roughly from 1500 to 1000 B.C. regarding fireflies and glow-worms; however, no effort was directed at understanding and applying knowledge of such phenomena until the full flowering of alchemy in Europe during the 16th and 17th centuries. By that time, the philosophical and intellectual groundwork that permitted a rational and materialistic approach to the study of natural phenomena had been laid and, in the spirit of times, this approach was applied to finding or making the Philosopher's Stone, that which would be capable of turning "ignoble metals" into gold.

The rudimental alchemistic approaches of the cobbler Casciarolo led, by a process of heating and calcination of the stone, to the discovery of its mysterious and magical ability to "accumulate" light when exposed to the sun and to emit it in the darkness.

The recipe and method of preparation of the Bolognian Stone were kept secret only briefly, the first detailed description on the methods being published in 1625 by Pierre Potier (Poterius), physician to the King of France, in his "Pharmacopea Spagirica", a treatise on inorganic remedies based on the teachings of Paracelsus. Potier lived for some time in Bologna, and he was able to give an acceptable interpretation of the discovery.
Potier's version of the recipe is quoted by E.N. Harvey in his famous book "A History of Luminescence":

"According to the light-bearing quality sought for, it is calcinated in two ways. The first is to reduce the stone to a very fine meal, then to calcinate it in a crucible with a very strong fire. The second is to reduce it to meal and, in the place of thalerum, work it into cakes either with plain water or the white of an egg. After they have dried out they are put in layers with coal in a blast furnace and, after a very hot fire has been made, they are calcinated for four or five hours. When the oven has cooled off the cakes are taken out. If not cooked sufficiently the procedure is repeated as before. Sometimes this is done three times. The best calcination results when choice stones, shining, pure, and diaphanous are used. From this powder various animals are formed in little boxes (pyxidiculum) which shine wonderfully in the dark. The lixivium is prepared in the same way and once it is dry it produces a sulphurous, fetid, sharp, and biting salt".

And if our present understanding about the iron content in the sun is accurate, it makes iron one of the most amazing substances in the universe, since it is the only metal that will remain intact and unchanged at an atomic level at such extreme temperatures. The Silica has turned out to be a natural creator of electro magnetic energy, and the spontaneous creation of life, as shown by detailed experiments done by Dr. Dan Burisch. This all very clearly indicates that we are dealing with lost advanced knowledge of not only the generation of unlimited free-energy from the surface of the Earth but also the indication that biological and cloning activity may have taken place in some of the ancient stone ruins. After all this is exactly what the Sumerian tablets keep telling us over and over again.

This is an indication of the special position accorded to smiths, who were the first makers and know the mystery of iron – the origin of the folk belief that watches and faery folk cannot cross a threshold protected by ‘cold iron.’

The cord of God was identified with a metallic iron spiral called amma su. It was called the “twisted iron of the sky” and was the symbol of the movement of the universe.

In the totemic sanctuaries, a ritual object of twisted iron called ine tunnulomo represented the mythical iron. During the sacrifice it was the cord of God that bound the Master of Speech. According to the Dogon it was the Master of Speech’s blood during the sacrifice that brought the metallic iron spiral to life. The metallic cord then transmitted all its force to the entire world that needed reorganizing. The cord was associated with the rope of the womb. The metallic iron spiral is suggestive of the helix of DNA.

The Dogon religion is clearly about genetics and some Dogon diagrams can be compared to modern-day drawings relating to genetics. In his book “Hidden Meanings” Scranton shows the Dogon diagram titled “Yala of the Egg” and says it depicts mitosis.

After the Master of Speech had been tied to the kilena tree, and surrounded from top to bottom by the flexible iron helix or “cord of God,” the cord rose from right to left; it passed in front of the body in the same direction as the yala of the internal spiral of the primordial egg. It was described as being in fourteen coils and symbolized Amma’s fourteen worlds in a spiral. These fourteen coils represent the regeneration of the number seven. The purpose of the regeneration was so that the world the Nummo had created could be regenerated. During the second creation of the world, they described the changed direction of the spiral which had started right and then brought to the left.

The purification process was also described as beginning at the top and going down to the bottom which symbolized the untying of the Nummos’ rope which had been tied at the bottom and taken upward. Once again this process refers to a reversal.

According to the Dogon, during the regeneration process the soul was transferred into the newly created body and the cord of God became the new body’s backbone.

The two most elements identified with the Nummo are copper and water.

However, buried in red tape, and only just coming to light is the work of a Russian scientist, who asked; 'Why burn for only 15 to 20 seconds?' He then set up apparatus to burn for much longer periods. Nothing happened at 20 seconds, 30 seconds, 40 seconds, 50, 60, or 69 but at 70 seconds, the apparatus then registered elements from the palladium group - platinum and other precious metals - all from an ordinary piece of iron.

Although amazing in itself, the really incredible thing is what happens to the metal, especially this way. At a 70-second burn there is suddenly a bright light, like a thousand flash bulbs going off, and all that is left behind in the crucible is a white powder. The gold vanishes. Another amazing thing is that the crucible has very little weight and so does the powder. If you then take the powder out of crucible, the weight returns to the crucible. Now I'm scientist, but that sure sounds like what is known as ‘super-conductivity' to me.

So, why did a race of people 8,000 years ago need superconductivity? What did they need the white powder for? If a heavy stone crucible loses its weight with this white powder in it, could you put this powder on large stones and move them to build large structures with ease, perhaps while building pyramids? Pyramids are by their very name 'fire begotten'; derived from the Latin word pyre meaning fire.

The civilisation called itself the Anunnaki. They were as civilised as we are. They had schools, lawyers, books and fashion shows. The scrolls told the story of a whole civilisation, and its way of life. The civilisation spoke of making CroMagnon man from Neanderthal man. They were not happy with the results, and their leaders argued they should destroy them, which they did by way of a great flood, saving only a few. Those who survived were bred with the Anunnaki women to make Homo Sapiens, or thinking man.

God said, 'let us make man in our image, in our likeness'. Notice a plural is used for God. In the Old Testament Genesis account it states, 'male and female created he them and he called their name Adam'. Older writings use the more complete name Adama which means 'Earthling'. The first of these beings were called Adam and Eve, then known as Ataba and Khawa. It may well be that they were bred by the Anunnaki to be the Earthly Rulers, that they were the beginning of the blood royal, the Holy Grail. Who were these people! If this is correct, no wonder they've never found the missing link.

At this point I suddenly had a thought. Why do human beings have to shield their eyes with their hand to see on a sunny day! No other animal has to squint so why do we! You don't see a horse or a cow squinting do you! A bird which flies high up in the sky where the Sun shines the' brightest doesn't even use its eyelids until it goes to sleep. A polar bear doesn't suffer with snow blindness caused by the reflection of the Sun that shines even brighter with the glare.

When a deer or rabbit gets caught in your car headlights, they do not even blink let alone squint. Why! Because they have adapted to living on Earth. Cro-Magnon man had a large forehead, which shielded his eyes; he would not have had to squint either. Evolution doesn't go backwards does it?

If we were from Earth we would still have a large protruding forehead to protect our eyes. Or our eyes themselves would have adapted by now. We must have come from a planet that was a little further away from its Sun. Are we the descendants of the Anunnaki! In the Old Testament we can read stories of people living until they are 800 or 900 years old. This has been put down to translating errors by those who collated the Bible, with the Church merely saying, they meant to say 80 or 90 years old.

According to the Anunnaki, to rule over their subjects, their leaders needed longevity.

It is a fact that our brains contain a white substance. Gold is the best conductor of electricity. Our brains receive messages by electronic impulses which travel through this white substance. Scientists also know that something in your brain is super-conducting but as yet they don't know what. If we were all very intelligent, there wouldn't be any workers. We'd all be leaders.

The people responsible for putting a value on gold had to be somebody who knew gold's ultimate potential or capabilities. To the Anunnaki it was more than prized, they needed it for their way of life and probably their very existence. They could not have been from this planet, because they were too advanced for that time. So could it be they arrived from somewhere to find that the inhabitants of planet Earth are Neanderthal - not even intelligent enough to work for them.

Perhaps they then set about upgrading them to Homo Sapiens and, eventually, succeeded.

According to their scrolls, the Anunnaki must have had a long-term objective when they start talking about changing Neanderthal into Cro-Magnon man, then into Homo Sapiens. This is powerful stuff; this is no ordinary race of people we're talking about. We're talking about manipulating DNA. The idea of anybody knowing about such things at that time is difficult to comprehend. Then, when this race of people are successful, seeding two Homo Sapiens who they name Adam and Eve, through to Abraham, Moses and Jesus this is mind blowing.

It is a strong possibility that the Anunnaki will soon come back for their gold. Can you imagine if the Anunnaki are doing this all round the universe? Upgrading life forms so that they can gather gold for them? Will there soon come a time when we realise that we needed the gold for our own technical evolution, and it'll be too late to save any of it?

The way all this information came to light really intrigued me. When I first spoke to Laurence Gardner, a genealogist and author of Bloodline of the Holy Grail, I was amazed to learn that the book was a by-product of his being commissioned by a European prince to trace his family tree.

He began the laborious job of tracing the Prince's ancestors back through the ages until he reached a point where he felt the need to confront the prince with the question, 'Do you know where this is all leading?' The prince asked, 'What do you mean?' Laurence replied, 'Do you realise your family lineage goes back to Jesus?' to which the royal replied, 'Oh yes I knew that; I just wanted to know how it got there.' Laurence replied, 'Well, I'm sure not many people know this.' What the Royal took for granted, we mere mortals knew nothing about.

An interesting point that this raises is that the Bible states that Jesus' father Joseph was a carpenter. However, this is not what the original text of the Bible states. What was actually said was that Joseph was a Master of the Craft. Anyone who knows a little of modern Freemasonry will know the term 'the craft' and it has nothing to do with wood.

What the Bible was actually telling us (before the Church got hold of it) was that Joseph was just one of a long line of highly trained metallurgists. The only people that could be metallurgists at that time were priests and royalty and you would need to be a metallurgist to be able to convert gold into white powder.

To add more weight to Laurence's work (if that's possible) is the work of the pioneering researcher David Hudson, an American dirt farmer. Now according to David, the difference between dirt farmers and ordinary farmers is that the dirt farmer has to make his own soil from pulverising rock.

All he had left was a quantity of black stuff. He then took this back to the commercial laboratories and they told him it was iron, silica and aluminium. He told them it couldn't be iron, silica and aluminium. Firstly you can't dissolve it in any acids or any bases once it is totally dry. It doesn't dissolve in fuming sulphuric acid, it doesn't dissolve in sulphuric nitric acid, and it doesn't dissolve in hydrochloric nitric acid. Even gold dissolves in that, yet it won't dissolve this black stuff.

According to the Soviet Academy of Sciences, the boiling temperature of water is to the boiling temperature of iron just as the boiling temperature of iron is to the boiling temperature of these elements. As you know from driving a car, as long as there is water in the motor of your car the temperature of the car engine will never get hotter than the temperature of water.

'As long as there is iron there, the temperature of the sample can never get hotter than the boiling temperature of the iron, so you can then heat this stuff. Now, it is hard to fathom how something with as high a temperature as iron could be just like water to these elements, but it is.

'At 70 seconds, exactly when the Soviet Academy of Sciences said it would read, palladium began to read. And after the palladium, platinum began to read. After the platinum, rhodium began to read. After rhodium, ruthenium began to read. After the ruthenium, then iridium began to read and after the iridium, osmium began to read.

'They are all elements: ruthenium, rhodium and palladium are light platinum. Well, we came to find out that rhodium was selling for about US$3,000 per ounce. Gold sells for about US$400 an ounce. Iridium sells for about US$800 an ounce. Then you say to yourself "Gee, these are important materials, aren't they?" They are important materials because the best known deposits in the world are now being mined in South Africa.

Now, this machine is so precisely designed and controlled that they have a magnetic material they can put into this that is non-magnetic when it goes into the machine but at 300 degrees it becomes magnetic. It is in fact a strong magnet. Then, after you get up to 900 degrees, it loses its magnetism. You can actually see if the interaction of the magnetism with the magnetic field of the heating element causes any change in weight.

'The heating element is bifilar-wound. This means that it goes round and round the sample; then you reverse it and wind it right back up so all the current runs against itself all the time.

So when a wire flows electricity, there is a magnetic field that forms around it, but when you run the wire right next to it, going in the other direction, it forms a magnetic field in the other direction. The idea is that the two fields will cancel. This is the kind of wiring that is used in television to cancel all the magnetic fields. The designers of this machine wanted to eliminate the magnetic field aspect here

Yet by definition a super-conductor does not allow any voltage potential to exist in the sample. So we thought what good is this? But what you learn is that you must resonance frequency tune the vibration frequency of the electron wave until the vibrational frequency of the electron wave is perfectly matched with the vibrational frequency wave of the super-conductor.

'Then the electrons will go on with no push at all because they are seeking the path of least resistance and that is in the super-conductor. When you do get them matched up, a strange thing happens when they go onto the super-conductor; the electrons pair up. They don't go on as individual electrons they go on in pairs! They go on as light.

'Now a curious thing happens, an electron has mass and it exists in space-time, you cannot have two electrons in the same space-time, it won't happen. They exist in different places and locations, but when they pair up and become light you can put billions of them in the same space-time.

'So what is a Meissner? Well, when electricity flows through a wire it produces a magnetic field around the wire, but with a super-conductor it produces what they call a Meissner. The cool thing about this is that it does not produce a north and south pole. It's a null field. A superconductor has no resistance, so you could keep putting energy into it, to the point where it has so much Meissner around it that it becomes larger and larger, because of all the electrons and amperage.

'To get the energy out of a super-conductor you put the wire up to it and resonance frequency tune the vibration frequency of the wire to match the super-conductor and apply a voltage potential and it comes out. The neat thing is you can make a super-conductor that say runs from Tampa to San Francisco and you can resonance frequency tune the energy, put it in the super-conductor here, and it will get a free ride all the way to San Francisco. All these atoms in perfect resonance harmony producing a quantral wave, and the energy gets on this wave' system and has a free ride all the way to San Francisco.'

In 1994 his uncle came to him with a book and said, 'This book talks about white powdered gold.' Dave said, 'Oh really I got a white powdered gold and nobody will allow me a patent on it.' His uncle said, 'Dave it's a book on alchemy,' Dave said, 'I'm really not interested in alchemy. I'm a dirt farmer trying to get credibility in physics and chemistry and you bring me a book on alchemy. I'm really not interested in alchemy. Alchemy is when the Church was involved; this is the occult, I'm not interested in that stuff.

'Well, we once said that when we have the analytical method this stuff could be anywhere,' Dave continued. 'Like a stealth atom it could be in anything and no one would know it. So one of the first things we did was to go to Safeways and buy some cow and pigs brains and take them to the laboratories and put them in fuming sulphuric acid and carbonise them, and then oxidise away the carbon and do a metal sulphate analysis on the residue.

'And we found that over 5 per cent of the dry matter weight in the brain was made up of rhodium and iridium in the highspin state, and nobody knows it. Then we read this text that says it's the container of the essences of life. I thought, gosh is this possible that this is the same white powder that they are talking about? So I began to do medical studies with it. Now I've done physics, chemistry, super-conductivity, quantum mechanics, and now I'm into medicine.

Dave puts special emphasis on the fact that they were using white powder, made of rhodium and iridium and not gold. Because they discovered that was already in the body, they thought that's what they'd start with. '

One researcher has reported that in the presence of a rapidly collapsing magnetic field it is possible to add or subtract nucleons in the m-state materials. This researcher claims that it is possible to convert the metallic elements to their m-states then change their atomic number with a collapsing magnetic field and convert the resulting m-state element back to a different metallic element. This researcher says:

"Palladium made from mercury is completely stable. Gold made from mercury is not stable. It goes through a "hot" period. Since you must step the mercury down to get to gold (you are starting with 206 mercury and you are dropping it to 197 gold) you must step it down through several transitions. You should try to bring the excess nucleons all out as an inert gas. If you don't get them all out as an inert gas the material becomes radioactively hot and you will have a decay factor. During this decay process you can have neutron and beta emissions."

Hudson has also postulated that the ORMUS elements are related to the formation of carbon 14 in living things. In his Tampa lecture Hudson was asked "What did you mean when you said the hydrocarbons would poison the material?" He replied:

"I've found that there are four substances that pin these high spin atoms and take them back to the low spin state. Those substances are sulfites (SO3), carbon and carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, and short wavelength radiation (deep ultraviolet or shorter).

I suggest that the ancient philosopher's stone is an ORMEs-based material.

Polymer gels are remarkable, shape-shifting materials. When exposed to small alterations in acidity or temperature, for instance, they can dramatically transform their appearance and size. The secret to this trick is that forces between molecules in the gels are delicately balanced in a constant tug-of-war. Anything that strengthens electrostatic or hydrophobic repulsion within these gels will make them expand; influences building attraction, typically mediated by hydrogen bonding or van der Waals interactions will make them shrink. Unfortunately, inducing these changes with accuracy or speed has proved difficult. But in today's issue of Nature, researchers from the University of Tokushima in Japan describe a new, incredibly precise tool for morphing polymer gels: laser light.

Hiroaki Misawa and colleagues focused a laser beam at the center of a cylinder of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM) and found that within an instant, the rod's middle shrank in diameter, turning it into a dumbbell. When they shut the laser off, the middle snapped back to its original width. To demonstrate that radiation forces from the laser, and not temperature, were at work, they also illuminated the gel for several minutes with a weak laser, having insufficient strength to shrink it. The gel didn't change, which would have been the case had the heat built up. Because the transformations in the gels are entirely reversible and the light can be so precisely targeted, a number of applications--though far off--are possible, including gel-laser-based actuators and sensors.

Nanoparticles create shape-shifting polymer

A novel material that changes its shape in response to a suitable magnetic field is the brainchild of Andreas Lendlein and colleagues at the Institute of Polymer Research at the GKSS Research Centre Geesthacht in Teltow and the German Institute of Polymers in Darmstadt. The material is a variant on shape-memory polymers, which change shape in response to temperature. The idea is to use inductive heating from a time-varying magnetic field to warm up magnetic nanoparticles in a thermoplastic polymer, so as to trigger a change in shape without having to alter the ambient temperature or making direct contact with the material.

The researchers used nanoparticles of iron oxide in a silica matrix, which they distributed homogeneously in polyetherurethane. They can set the temperature for the shape change by varying the proportion of nanoparticles in the polymer and the strength of the magnetic field. The team is particularly excited by the potential for applications in medical technology, such as remotely controlled instruments and "smart" implants, for example for on-demand drug delivery triggered non-invasively by a magnetic field.

A research team led by Robert Langer of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Andreas Lendlein of the Helmholtz Institute (Teltow, Germany) has invented a class of materials that demonstrate advanced shape-changing ability as they react to heat. Called "triple-shape materials," they can assume three different shapes--each shape depending on the amount of heat applied. With the ability to switch from shape A to shape B and then to shape C--using two, rather than just one, shape changes--says Lendlein, the materials offer unique opportunities for applications in both the medical field and industry.

Ammonites are cephalopods, the most intelligent of the invertebrates, all having developed senses and large brains. The interesting thing about the cephalopods is that they have characteristics that related to the Nummo. With the exception of the nautilis they have special skin cells called chromatophores that allow them to change color for purposes of camouflage. They can change color in an instant, much faster than the vertebrate chameleon and match their surroundings perfectly.

Cephalopods also have a blue blood pigment instead of bright red pigment (hemoglobin) that all the vertebrae use for carrying oxygen; cephalopods use hemocyannin which contains copper. The two most elements identified with the Nummo are copper and water.

Luciferases, the enzymes that act upon luciferins (the substrates oxidized to produce light in bioluminescent organisms) are thought to have evolved from mixed-function oxygenases. Luciferins utilize oxygen compounds extremely efficiently to denature free radicals and are most commonly found in areas of high free radical concentration including the skin, gut and gonads. It is thought that while organisms in the aphotic zone are frequently exposed to deleterious oxygen compounds, they are overall at less risk due to free radicals because of the absence of light irradiance.

There are a number of natural and human-made processes that create light. Chemiluminescence is a broader set of light producing chemical reactions of which bioluminescence is just one. Certain types of chemicals when mixed together produce energy. This energy ‘excites’ other particles which vibrate and generate light.

A chemiluminescent product known to many kayakers are Cylume light sticks. A thin glass vial containing hydrogen peroxide sits within a plastic tube containing a chemical called an ester and a fluorescent dye. When the vial is broken the hydrogen peroxide and ester release energy which excites the fluorescent dye and generates light. Bioluminescence is a form of chemiluminescence and, as the name implies, light produced within an organism.

Bioluminescence is primarily a marine phenomenon. It has been observed in over 700 marine genera ranging from bacteria through to fish, molluscs (such as squid), sponges, jellyfish, echinoderms (starfish family) and crustaceans (crabs and the like). A common myth is that bioluminescence mostly comes from bacteria. In fact, a vast range of single-celled plankton, zoo and gelatinous plankton are bioluminescent.

As mentioned above, bioluminescence results from light-producing chemical reactions. The group of chemicals involved is broadly termed luciferins. Light is produced by a series of oxidation reactions set off by a catalyst called luciferase (a catalyst is chemical accelerant that speeds up reactions). Luciferin is oxidised by luciferase to produce energy, oxygen, oxyluciferin and light. How plants and animals create luciferins varies. Some secrete it from special glands. ‘Fresh’ luciferin must be captured in the diet or synthesised internally.

Larger animals such as squid and fish have specialised light organs called photophores (photo = ‘light’ and phore = ‘bearing’) which are wart or blister-like structures packed full of bioluminescent bacteria. When the animal wants to generate light they ‘stir’ or stimulate the bacteria in the photophore and hey presto - instant light!

Bioluminescence is the production of light by living organisms through an internal chemical reaction. The production of light in bioluminescent organisms results from the conversion of chemical energy to light energy. Organisms use their luminescence in different ways; dinoflagellates, a group of marine algae, produce light only when disturbed, while other animals use their light to communicate or find prey.

Mariners and scientists have come up with some interesting ideas as to why you might want to glow in the dark:

Defense: Blasting your attacker with light will help you to escape. Some molluscs, worms and squid emit a cloud of luminous slime when attacked. Interestingly air forces use a similar tactic by dropping brilliant flares when flying low over enemy territory to dazzle anti-aircraft gunners and heat-seeking missiles.

Offence: Similar to defense, blinding potential prey will improve your chance of getting a meal. Some deep-sea fish have photophores which can be uncovered by flaps of skin so they can be used like a torch.

Camouflage: Deep-sea fish and squid may adjust the intensity of light they emit to prevent them being silhouetted against a darker or lighter background

Communication: Different patterns, sequences and colors of photophores can identify what species you are, your gender, territoriality, mating status, etc. This ability would be vital in low light environments such as nocturnal or deep-sea species.

When some chemicals react, they can give off or require huge amounts of energy in doing so as existing bonds are ripped apart and new ones form. This energy is in the form of heat – reactions can give off heat (exothermic) or require heat to proceed (endothermic). More unusually, they can give off large amounts of energy in the form of light.

This light is called chemiluminescence. In photochemistry, we are usually concerned with providing molecules with light to activate a reaction. With chemiluminescence, it’s the other way around – a chemical reaction results in the emission of light. The classic demonstration of chemiluminescence is with a compound called, appropriately enough, luminol.

Let’s look closer at the luminol reaction. When hydrogen peroxide (e.g. from household bleach) is added to luminol, in the presence of base and a catalyst (such as iron which gets involved in the oxidation), 3-aminophthalate is formed. But the energy involved in the oxidation of luminol by the peroxide results in the phthalate having an electronically excited state. The releases this excess energy by emission of light, giving the blue colour observed.

One of the most common observations of chemiluminescence, as any inhabitant of Pandora will know, is bio-chemiluminescence, or bioluminescence, which is where natural world has exploited the use of chemiluminescence. The most commonly known example of this is the firefly (Photinus), which uses a reaction similar to that of luminol, and an enzyme, luciferase, in place of the peroxide, along with magnesium ions to produce a glow.

Chemiluminescence is already in use to study a wide range of medicinal and environmental-related compounds in a technique that couples chemiluminescence with liquid chromatography (HPLC-CL). The reagents used in this technique include the now familiar luminol, which is used to investigate lipid hydroperoxides, neurotransmitters such as dopamine (which enhance the chemiluminescence), and environmentally relevant species such as organophosphorus reagents (e.g. diclorvos).

Luminol is a chemical that exhibits blue chemiluminescence when mixed with an appropriate oxidizing agent. It is a white to slightly yellow crystalline solid that is soluble in water and most polar organic solvents. Luminol is used by forensic investigators to detect trace amounts of blood left at crime scenes. It is also used by biologists in cellular assays for the detection of copper, iron, and cyanides.

To exhibit its luminescence, the luminol must first be activated with an oxidant. Usually, a solution of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and a hydroxide salt in water is used as the activator. In the presence of a catalyst such as an iron compound, the hydrogen peroxide is decomposed to form oxygen and water.

In a laboratory setting, the catalyst used is often potassium ferricyanide. In the forensic detection of blood, the catalyst is the iron present in hemoglobin. Enzymes in a variety of biological systems may also catalyze the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide. When luminol reacts with the hydroxide salt, a dianion is formed. The oxygen produced from the hydrogen peroxide then reacts with the luminol dianion. The product of this reaction, an organic peroxide, is very unstable and immediately decomposes with the loss of nitrogen to produce 5-aminophthalic acid with electrons in an excited state. As the excited state relaxes to the ground state, the excess energy is liberated as a photon, visible as blue light.

Luminol is used by crime scene investigators to locate traces of blood, even if it has been cleaned or removed. The investigator prepares a solution of luminol and the activator and sprays it throughout the area under investigation. The iron present in any blood in the area catalyzes the chemical reaction that leads to the luminesence revealing the location of the blood. The amount of catalyst necessary for the reaction to occur is very small relative to the amount of luminol, allowing the detection of even trace amounts of blood. The glow lasts for about 30 seconds and is blue. Detecting the glow requires a fairly dark room. Any glow detected may be documented by a long exposure photograph.

Hydrogen peroxide is a simple chemical compound. It is water with an extra atom of oxygen attached to it, H2O2. Hydrogen peroxide is valuable as an oxidizing agent (like ozone, or bleach for example) because it can release that single oxygen atom in the presence of another reactive substance. Just my 2 cents on what our reality might be all about.

It is a strong possibility that the Anunnaki will soon come back for their gold. Can you imagine if the Anunnaki are doing this all round the universe? Upgrading life forms so that they can gather gold for them? I'd have to suspect that Earth was a confinement zone for some reason. Maybe they were just bad dudes in the opinion of higher forces, or maybe they had just lost a struggle with some other, not necessarily good entities, and had there space traveling toys taken away? In that case, I can see the earth bound beings, who still had knowledge of the means of recreating the technology to get back to space, would engineer the creatures required to do the hard work. There were ancient gold mines in Africa for sure, and ancient copper mines in north America 5000+ years ago, so where did all that copper go?

Hi Guys, Just wanted to say that, I'm getting my MOJO back I am beginning to see..."

I have just celebrated my 60th birthday. In London we get a Freedom Pass on reaching 60 which gives free travel on buses and underground trains. It is grate fun but I do get suspicious looks from the bus conductors who can't believe that I am now 60!

I am taklking about how the "gods" may have used the technology not whether or not humans should use it. I have no intention of using the stuff for the very reasons you suggest. However, I do believe that the "transition metals" if used properly do offer many positive health benefits.
