Looking at the stellar nurseries creating stars, we see that Birkeland Currents can pass through many stars, presumably with ultimate power coming from the galactic core. If the 11 year polar reversal cycle in our current sun is caused by a regular, periodic shifts in strength between the sun's top side Birkeland Currents and the sun's bottom side Birkeland Currents, we might expect to see the same 11 year cycle occurring in other nearby stars that are in our Birkeland Current chain, all the way back to the galactic core. I found an article that claimed a polar flip was seen on only one other star so far, a star called Tau Boötis, and it's on a 2-year cycle.

Unless you ask, the answer is always "No".
