Is this the electric man in the clouds

Is this the electric man in the clouds

Here is a video of the electric man that is seen around the world in cave drawings.
It was filmed in Russia.
He is missing the legs, but in Talbots videos I have seen this before in the ancient
cave dwellings. What am I seeing here is it an electric cloud is this what the ancient
peoples saw.

This one looks better (without the projected religious imagery as in the comments section, tho' even in this one the chosen title shows the preferred bias).

Looks like St. Elmo's fire or some such related to whatever the objects are protruding vertically from the house's rooftop. Looks/sounds like there's a storm in the area.

Both videos are probably more likely just video editing jobs.
