The Squirrel on Mars

Beyond the boundaries of established science an avalanche of exotic ideas compete for our attention. Experts tell us that these ideas should not be permitted to take up the time of working scientists, and for the most part they are surely correct. But what about the gems in the rubble pile? By what ground-rules might we bring extraordinary new possibilities to light?

No, it's an "obvious case" in which a portion of the upper-left landscape has shifted to cover a portion of the landscape to its lower right. Nobody has yet said why or by what phenomenon. Whatever "NASA feebs" have done they've done for reasons unknown and therefore there is no evidence it was a deliberate act to hide anything.

If there is evidence of a cover-up, let's see it. If NASA conspirators wanted to block something they'd have redacted the entire image.

So, instead of having the claim to the greatest discovery in the history of history, they just want a few more bucks?

Yeah - that's a great reason! :?
