large portals to underground areas on Google Mars

Beyond the boundaries of established science an avalanche of exotic ideas compete for our attention. Experts tell us that these ideas should not be permitted to take up the time of working scientists, and for the most part they are surely correct. But what about the gems in the rubble pile? By what ground-rules might we bring extraordinary new possibilities to light?

This should end any debate about Mars ever having been inhabited. You can now show this to anybody on his or her computer assuming no more than Google Earth being installed, which is a five minute deal if it isn't installed already.

They are image artifacts.

They line up because they are right at a line where 2 scans overlap, they could be soft markers to know how to seam the images together...

Also note that yes the black/grey squares all look exactly the same.

If they were image artifacts they would be evenly spaced and they would all look identically alike. They aren't and they don't.

Other than that, don't ask me why NASA would have chosen to join frames right on that same polar great-circle arc which the portals lie on, I don't work for NASA.

They do look alike.

They good be soft markers (ie from software), or maybe even hardware markers from the satellite even (sort of stamps).

Of course they do look more or less alike, they were obviously all manufactured the same way, but there are slight differences in both the hanger doors themselves and in the lighting and shading going into them. No image artifact is ever going to look exactly like an obvious hanger door.
