Electro-Magnetic Geomorphology

I'm not convinced by the standard geological explanation.

This is from Ergaki National Park in Russia and it can be seen from Google Earth that the whole region has been subject to intense electro-magnetic forces. The almost obligatory balanced rock, a sure sign of EM activity.
