Nice link with hand rules for Electric Properties. Looks like Electric Sign Language.
This hand rules are a direct result of the mechanical gyroscopic effects of atomic units.

Go out and ask any electrician or physicist why the hand rules exist.
They do not know!

The Mechanical Laws of gyroscopes are what makes the EM rules in the Electric Hand Jive.
The gyroscope mechanical laws are the proper way to explain and account for the hand jive.
